بتعيينه سفيرا لمملكة اتلانتس بجمهورية رومانيا مع كل الصلاحيات والمسؤوليات والتكريم لتولى هذا المنصب ،، وإدارة وتخطيط وتنسيق السفارة المستقبلية التى يتم انشاؤها فى جمهورية رومانيا بما في ذلك إصدار الجنسية وجوازات السفر وأى المستندات القنصلية الأخرى.

Executive order
By my authority as Chairman of the board of governors of the kingdom of Atlantis and in accordance with its constitution it is hereby as follows Appointment of H.e .mr Ahmed elsayed Mohammed Abdel halim as ambassador of the kingdom of Atlantis to the republic of Romania
it is with great Confidence and pleasure that I hereby appoint to the position of ambassador of the kingdom of Atlantis to the republic of Romania with all the authority, Responsibilities and Honours of holding this office.
As ambassador of the kingdom of Atlantis to the republic of Romania mr Ahmed elsayed Mohammed Abdel halim is responsible and in charge of the management, planning and coordination of the future Embassy to be established in the republic of Romania including issuance of citizenships, passports and any other consular Documents.
