فريق طبي بمستشفيات جامعة أسيوط ينجح في إنقاذ حياة شاب أُصيب بطلق ناري وتوقف عضلة القلب

استمرارًا لسلسلة النجاحات، والانفرادات الطبية المتميزة التي تحققها مستشفيات جامعة أسيوط، تحت رعاية الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي رئيس الجامعة؛ نجح فريق طبي، بقسم جراحة القلب والصدر، في إنقاذ حياة شاب يبلغ من العمر (٢٥) عامًا، تعرّض للإصابة بطلق ناري نافذ بالناحية اليمنى من الصدر، مع توقف عضلة القلب، ونزيف شديد. وتمكن الفريق الطبي فور وصوله لمستشفى الإصابات والطوارئ الجامعي من إجراء اللازم، وإجراء الجراحة بكفاءة ونجاح، حتى تماثله التام للشفاء، وخروجه من المستشفى.
وأشاد الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي بكفاءة الفريق الطبي في إنقاذ الشاب المصاب بطلق ناري والتدخل السريع لإنقاذ حياته، وقدرته على التعامل بدقة فور وصول المريض إلى استقبال الإنعاش القلبي بمستشفى الإصابات، مهنئًا إياهم على هذا النجاح المشرف، الذي يعكس الدور الحيوي للكوادر الطبية بالمستشفيات الجامعية، وإسهاماتها في تقديم خدمة طبية على مستوى عالٍ من الحرفية والمهارة، واستخدام أحدث الأساليب والتقنيات التشخيصية والعلاجية.
ويؤكد هذا النجاح على ريادة مستشفيات جامعة أسيوط، وأدائها المتميز في إجراء الكثير من الجراحات الدقيقة والنادرة بمهارة فائقة ودقة عالية، وذلك تحت إشراف الدكتور علاء عطية، عميد كلية الطب ورئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفيات الجامعية، والدكتور محمد عبدالحميد، مدير مستشفى الإصابات والطوارئ الجامعي.
وكان مستشفى الإصابات والطوارئ الجامعي قد استقبل شابًا تعرّض للإصابة بطلق ناري نافذ بالناحية اليمنى من الصدر، مع توقف عضلة القلب ونزيف شديد إثر وصوله إلى استقبال الإنعاش القلبي بوحدة الاستقبال بالمستشفى. وتم إجراء إنعاش قلبي، ونقل المريض مباشرة إلى العمليات، ثم إجراء استكشاف عاجل للصدر، حيث تبيّن وجود تهتك شديد بالرئة اليمنى، ونزيف حاد.
ونجح الفريق الطبي في السيطرة على النزيف، مع إصلاح الرئة اليمنى دون استئصال أي جزء منها، وكذلك استقرار العلامات الحيوية للمصاب، ومن ثم نقله إلى العناية المركزة بمستشفى الإصابات، حيث مكث أسبوعًا على جهاز التنفس الصناعي لاستعادة الرئة لوظيفتها، وتلقي العلاجات المطلوبة، وإجراء تمارين التنفس لحين التحسن. وبعد ذلك، تم فصل المصاب عن جهاز التنفس، واستعادة حركته ونشاطه الطبيعي، ليتم نقله بعد ذلك إلى القسم الداخلي لمتابعته، ومن ثم خروجه إلى المنزل بعد التعافي التام.
وتكوّن الفريق الطبي بقسم جراحة القلب والصدر تحت إشراف الدكتور محمد عياد، رئيس القسم، من كلٍّ من: الدكتور الحسين عبدالمطلب، مدرس جراحة القلب والصدر، والطبيب أحمد سمير، مدرس مساعد جراحة القلب والصدر، والطبيب أحمد وهبة، معيد بالقسم، والطبيبة الشيماء رفاعي، طبيبة الطوارئ.
وتشكل فريق التخدير تحت إشراف الدكتورة هالة سعد عبدالغفار، رئيس القسم، والمكوّن من: الطبيبة أسماء شعبان، مدرس مساعد التخدير، والأطباء محمود إكرام، وهالة هاشم، وعطية مدحت، نواب القسم، وبمساعدة الطبيبة داليا محمد، مدرس مساعد العناية، وبمعاونة فريق من التمريض بالمستشفى.

Continuing the series of exceptional medical achievements and outstanding successes of Assiut University Hospitals, under the patronage of Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of the University, a medical team from the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery has successfully saved the life of a 25-year-old young man who was shot in the right side of the chest, with cardiac arrest and severe bleeding. Upon arrival at the University Trauma and Emergency Hospital, the medical team was able to perform the necessary procedures and perform the surgery efficiently and successfully, until he fully recovered and was discharged from the hospital.
Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy praised the efficiency of the medical team in rescuing the young man with a gunshot wound and intervening quickly to save his life, and their ability to deal accurately once the patient arrived at the cardiac resuscitation reception in the trauma hospital, congratulating them on this honorable success, which reflects the vital role of the medical staff in university hospitals and their contributions in providing medical service at a high level of professionalism and skill, and using the latest diagnostic and therapeutic methods and techniques.
This success underscores the leadership of Assiut University Hospitals and its outstanding performance in performing many rare and delicate surgeries with great skill and precision, under the supervision of Dr. Alaa Attia, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals, and Dr. Mohamed Abdel Hamid, Director of the University Trauma and Emergency Hospital.
The University Trauma and Emergency Hospital had received a young man who suffered a gunshot wound to the right side of the chest, with cardiac arrest and severe bleeding after arriving at the hospital's cardiopulmonary resuscitation unit. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation was performed, and the patient was transferred directly to the operation, followed by an urgent exploration of the chest, which revealed a severe laceration of the right lung and severe bleeding.
The medical team succeeded in controlling the bleeding, repairing the right lung without removing any part of it, as well as stabilizing the patient's vital signs, and then transferred him to the intensive care unit at the trauma hospital, where he spent a week on a ventilator to restore lung function, receive the required treatments, and perform breathing exercises until improvement. After that, the victim was weaned off the ventilator and regained his normal movement and activity, after which he was transferred to the inpatient department for follow-up, and then discharged home after full recovery.
The medical team at the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery, under the supervision of Dr. Mohammed Ayyad, Head of the Department, consisted of: Dr. Al-Hussein Abdel-Muttalib, Lecturer of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Dr. Ahmed Samir, Assistant Lecturer of Cardiothoracic Surgery, Dr. Ahmed Wahba, Demonstrator in the Department, Dr. Al-Shimaa Rifai, Emergency Physician.
The Anesthesia team, under the supervision of Dr. Hala Saad Abdel-Ghaffar, Head of the Anesthesia Department, included:Dr. Asmaa Shaaban, Assistant Lecturer of Anesthesia, Dr. Mahmoud Ikram, Dr. Hala Hashem, and Dr. Atiya Medhat, Resident Anesthesiologists, Dr. Dalia Mohamed, Assistant Lecturer in the Intensive Care Unit , and with the help of a team of nurses at the hospital.
